Markita Renée, a spiritual woman and single parent mother of two teenagers, is a certified addiction expert, transformational speaker, substance abuse and mental health advocate, and leadership facilitator. She inspires others with her story of overcoming emotional trauma, homelessness, and opioid addiction. In 2018, she relocated from her home of Tulsa, OK, to Hartford, CT, to begin her journey toward self-healing and transformation.
